After a week of exercising and doing my best to watch what I eat this morning I weighed in at 230.4 lbs. That is not a lot of weight. Not biggest loser weight loss. I didn't pull a double digit week, but I am also not working out 6 hours a day. I feel good about that weight loss.
Give me 10 more weeks like that and I'll be at 200 lbs and be close to my goal.
