Once again!

I weighed in a day late this week and to my surprise I have once again lost a small amount of weight. I am down a pound. Down to 234. My progress is slow. I want to join a gym and will try to budget that in once I find a job. I love using the eliptical machines at gyms and maybe that is because my knee is so weak that I don't think it can handle much running on the street.

I will keep plugging along and will eventually reach my goal of 190.
